   • There can be requirements on when & where to walk your pet, whether it must be leashed, and for the clean up after it.



2. PARKING
   • Parking may be marked and assigned. However, there might not be enough spaces to accommodate your family and guests.



3. PAYING
   • You don't know how much the maintenance fees are going to go up each year, and you don't know when you might get hit with a special assessment.



4. PROFESSION
   • You may not be allowed to run a business from your unit---even a computer business!



5. PINK FLAMINGOS
   • There are restrictions on what you can do to the exterior of your unit---shrub beds, patio enclosures, colors & styles of windows and doors.
